ProMan is a web-based CMS / WebTop providing the framework for this web portal. It is also the name of one of the Projects defined in the ProMan framework. The ProMan project is where base level Tabs are defined and managed.

New Projects are defined and configured from the ProMan ProjectAdmin interface. Once the new project is ready, it is published (made visible to the public). The new project can be further configured by one or more project Users with Admin privileges. See ProMan_Architecture .
