I believe the inspiration for all love songs is man's hunger for God. We all know that human relationships often fail. Some of the great love songs mention the name of the girl with whom the writer was in love. But down the road we find the writer involved with someone else.
When a person finds the Lord Jesus Christ they really find themselves in Him and so not only enjoy love but also peace and joy and comfort.
Wherever you found the Lord, or should I say, He found you, is not important because whereever you go He will be with you 'unto the end of the world'.
