Has Anybody Seen My Gal originated in 1914 when Percy Wenrich wrote the music and Jack Mahoney the lyrics.  The most popular version is by Henderson, Lewis and Young.  It has a peppy, catchy melody which underpins every good song.  <p>Most would not think it lends itself to the serious subject of salvation but it is human beings whom our Lord seeks to save and human beings enjoy good music.
