Unfortunately, during 2016 some fairly sizable unusual expenses were incurred for the house. I have enumerated them below though they show up on the expense listing on the report.

There were some other non-yearly expenses that occurred resulting in the 7,461.59 shortfall such as landscaping, powerwashing and yard cleanup after the hurricane which are also itemized on the report.
In order to zero out the outstanding balance each of us would need to kick in $1243.60 to cover the 2016 exceptional expenses. This would enable the monthly contribution to remain the same for the forseeable future.
I realize that this is a serious chunk of money. However, Judy and I have already covered these costs and got the full brunt last year.
