How payment will be made

• All house-related expenses paid by purchaser
  • electricity
  • water
  • gas
  • telephone
  • lawn care
  • upkeep (of existing structure)
    • house exterior (roof, siding)
    • plumbing problems
    • electrical repair
    • storm damage
    • etc.

• Any outstanding liens will be paid by the purchaser and expensed against the purchase price

• At mom's death (or movement to other facility) any unpaid amount will be divided amoung 6 children.

Deed will be transferred to the purchaser when 1/2 the purchase amount has been expensed

Accounting for expenses against purchase price will be reviewable by the 6 children

No interest will be charged to the purchaser in lieu of lifetime rights privilege
