Authorization to Begin Work

  1. There has been a verbal agreement between Judy and Randy Lucas and Mariano Ortega Vazquez to purchase

    1748 NC Hwy 242
    Benson, NC.
  2. Until settlement papers have been signed we give Mr. Vazquez permission to begin making repairs at his expense and his liability.

  3. Mr Vazquez will begin immediately paying the insurance premium of $386.85 for six months and the monthly light bill until closing at which time both will be put in his name.

  4. If for any reason Mr. Vazquez should withdraw from purchase of said property all work done would be forfeited to the owners.
