This is a wonderful facility. We would love for someone to take over our dream for this place. I would love to answer any questions you have. We are a 1/2 day preschool. Morning Class and Afternoon class. It is 1,240 sq ft. beautiful facility. There is a 5 yr lease on the space, with 4 years left. It's in a shopping center in a great location. It is a 1/2 day program because there is no playground in the back
yard. The children are only allowed to stay 4 hrs at a time. You may have 2 full time students though. You do not have to be certified, except for first aid training and CPR. My sister and I want to make a smooth transition for the children, because they are a great bunch of kids. The family's are wonderful and we don't want you to loose them. We will stay for 2 weeks and let the kids get use to their new teachers with no pay. Now is a great time...because our summer program is going on and it's a great time for transition with many new kids coming in for the summer and the new school year beginning. You can hold 35 kids in our space. We just have 16 in a class, because it's state ratio with 2 teachers. During the summer you can have up to 25 with two teachers because it's not preschool and it all depends on the age of the children. We have 24 children enrolled in our preschool now. There is great
potential to grow. We are looking into transportation to start an after school program for the fall. Our big thing is to have transportation to pick the children up at all the schools close by. One transportation Co. is getting back to me with that info. Our morning classes are paying for all the bills. What ever you decide to do on the weekends and afternoon, basically pays for salary. We do have a Business that comes in on Saturdays and rents our space for birthday parties. It is a new business and is doing great for the first year. Our website is www.Kidos.org. We opened in August, so it is established....and growing every month. We have 20 children registered for the up coming Fall year. We are a family business,and my sister and her family may be relocating with her husbands job, so we are looking for someone else to fulfill our dream. My number

* Please keep in mind we are a new business. Kidos opened it's doors in August 2008 as a Drop in Day Care Center. AM Preschool Classes began January 2009 with the afternoon opened for drop in day care. March 2009 drop in day care was dropped and PM Preschool Classes began. Most companies are in the red for the first 3 years. Kidos has proven it can and will continue
to be successful and grow. As of April 2009 we have 18 students enrolled in the am classes and 6 enrolled in the pm classes. With a 1 to 8 ratio, there is room for 35 kids to attend the am program and 32 in the pm program.
