Title: The name by which the Father was revealed to Moses

And Moses said unto the Lord, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The Lord of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name?     what shall I say unto them?
God is the generic name for deity.     Just because we think of God as being our Lord Jesus Christ does not mean that others think of Him that way.

And the Lord said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
Why did the Lord reveal Himself as I Am?     This term speaks to His eternal existence and to the fact that He is the eternal now.     He is ever present even though He has existed for all eternity.     He is outside of time so that He simply is.

And the Lord said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, the Lord of your fathers, the Lord of Abraham, the Lord of Isaac, and the Lord of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations.
It is a fact that the term I Am is not used outside of this passage to refer to the Lord until Jesus refers to Himself as I Am .

And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
The Holy Spirit fills us as we receive Christ in fact and in fullness, so that all of our needs and desires are met in Him.

The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.
Unbelief eventually doomed that whole generation.

They clung to the physical events of their heritage rather than looking to their spirituall heritage in Abraham which was faith.

Carnal Minded people are stiffnecked and resistant to spiritual concepts.

I am that bread of life.
Jesus is telling the Jews that He is Messiah and that the purpose of the Messiah is to bring life to those who believe and receive Him.

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
Any questions?     What an awesome revelation and promise.

Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
Light is necessary for life - physical and spiritual life.

In order to experience Abundant Life we must follow Jesus.     We must He Be Re Do.

Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
Hallelujah!     Jesus tells them point-blank that He is the One who spoke to Moses - that He is eternal, Almighty God!

As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.
Jesus is telling us that only physical bodies can manifest His light.     When He was on earth He manifested light.     Now that He is in heaven it is up to us to manifest light.     Otherwise, the earth remains in darkness.

Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
Jesus repeats this very important teaching.     Jesus is the door to the Kingdom Of Heaven.     There is only one door and He is it.

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
We are saved by
    hearing the Gospel
believing that Jesus is Mighty God
believing that Jesus died and arose from the dead
believing that Jesus is Saviour and Lord
receiving His Holy Spirit (Eternal Life).

In so doing we
become New Spirit beings, one with the Holy Spirit
experience intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit
are made free by the Truth of our Lord`s Grace
begin to operate in His perfect Law Of Liberty
    experience Abundant Life

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
There is nothing more that our Lord Jesus Christ could have done for us.

He is the undeniable proof of His Holy Spirit Father`s love for us.

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Jesus is life and He has the keys of death and hell in His hands.

There is therefore no reason for a disciple to fear anything.

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Jesus is the Holy Spirit in flesh.

It is necessary to believe this about Jesus in order to be Born Again of His Holy Spirit.

Those who reject Jesus, reject His Holy Spirit.
The Way: Jesus is the path to His Holy Spirit.
The Truth: Jesus is the Truth about His Holy Spirit
The Life: Jesus is the giver of life by His Holy Spirit.

As disciples of Christ we must share this Gospel Truth with everyone in our lives.

Our testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ will either be a testimony for them leading to Eternal Life with Christ or a testimony against them in The Judgment leading to Eternal Death in the Lake Of Fire.

Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip?     he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
Jesus states categorically who He is - the express image of the Father.

You can hear the hurt and amazement in Jesus` voice as He responds.

Jesus tells Philip that He is the Father.     He then rebukes Philip for even doubting that He is the Father.

I am the true vine, and my Holy Spirit Father is the husbandman.
The true vine is the eternal one, Christ Jesus, whom the Holy Spirit fills.     Those who believe in Jesus as Saviour and Lord are grafted into the vine and become branches, also filled with the Holy Spirit.

By implication of Jesus being the true vine, there is at least one other vine planted by a different husbandman.

When we look at the parable of the wheat and tares we understand that the other husbandman is the enemy, Satan and we understand that those who are branches of his vine are filled with his Spirit Of Anti Christ.

The beast the man of sin, will arise being the manifestation of the Spirit Of Anti Christ.     Those filled with the Spirit Of Anti Christ will manifest as branches of the evil one.
Every person is either a branch of the true vine or of Satan`s vine.
Every person is either a wheat or a tare.
Every person is either saved or lost.
Every person will end up in heaven or the Lake Of Fire.

It is the Lord`s will that no one perish but that each comes to Him for life.

Where does the vine come from?     The soil.
Where does the branch come from?     The soil through the vine.

The Holy Spirit works with the soil (our soul) to connect us to the true vine.     When we become a branch He continues working our soil so that we receive the nourishment through Christ Jesus necessary to produce fruit.

I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
The vine is Jesus.
The life that is in Jesus is His Holy Spirit .
Jesus is the body and soul of the Holy Spirit .
In Christ we become physical extensions of the body of Jesus by His Word and Holy Spirit in us .

We cannot abide physically in Jesus nor can Jesus abide physically in us.     We abide in His Word and His Holy Spirit, and His Word and His Holy Spirit abide in us .

We are Born Again receiving Eternal Life by faith in the Word Of The Lord concerning Jesus and so become branches of the true vine.     We are enabled to do the Word Of The Lord by the power of His Holy Spirit .

The Fruit that we bear is Spirit Fruit.     Without the Word and Holy Spirit we can do nothing of heavenly value .

Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek ye?
Jesus understood the prophecies concerning the Messiah and so He was as prepared as possible for the events that unfolded.

They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth.     Jesus saith unto them, I Am.     And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them.
In this verse Jesus states that He is I Am.     The `he` that appears in the KJV was inserted with the intent of clarity but it totally changed the meaning.

This injection the word 'he' along with the use of 'and' instead of 'even' in other places where the Father and Son are mentioned was a result of the translators not understanding, or at least not believing, that Jesus is Mighty God.     They rather believed that Jesus was an associate of the Mighty God.     See trinitarianism.

Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
Who loves Jesus?     The Father.
Who is the Father?     The Holy Spirit.

Jesus laid His life down and then He took it up again.
How did He take it up?     By His Spirit - the Holy Spirit.

Our soul must be in agreement with our spirit in order for us to be at peace with ourselves, to have self-repect, to feel good about ourselves.
Jesus is saying that His Holy Spirit is pleased with what He has humbled His Mind and Body to perform.

No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself.     I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again.     This commandment have I received of my Father.
Jesus had the authority and power to lay His life down.
He had the authority and power to take it up again.

Who is His Father who gave Him such commandment?     His Holy Spirit.

So Jesus came by that authority and power by His own Spirit - the Holy Spirit.
No other person was involved.

Remember, Jesus was not born with the Sin Nature.     He did not have a dead spirit as all descendants of Adam have.     He was born of the Holy Spirit so His Spirit is the Holy Spirit.

Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.
Again, Jesus speaks to those in secular authority with His spiritual authority saying that Pilate only has power because the Holy Spirit allows it.
Jesus gives Pilate a little guilt relief by telling him that His accusers are the real culprits.

The Body Of God is situated in heaven on the Throne Of Majesty (omnipotent) while the Spirit Of God permeates His creation (omnipresent) and the Soul Of God watches over all things (omniscient).

Jesus is the Spirit Soul And Body of God.   There is no other god for He has all power in heaven and earth.

Jesus is I Am .
