Title: Who are we anyway?

Just as an individual has an identity, so too do nations.   Actually, the scriptures speak of sheep and goat nations.

Just as we are all born sinners and must decide to be Born Again by the Word and Holy Spirit, so too must a nation decide what it will be relative to scripture.

In the same way a person's inattention to the Word and Holy Spirit leaves them by default in the satanic column (reprobate), so too does a nations inattention to the Word and Holy Spirit leaves them by default in the satanic column (goat nation).

We know that a nation has no soul except in the aggregation of the souls of its people.
The souls of the nations leadership are typically reflective of the aggregate soul of the nation.

In 1962 and 1963 the SCOTUS independent of (but on behalf of) the whole nation, turned its back on God.   Despite the fact that most Americans of that time were Christian in their orientation, the SCOTUS acted like King Ahab to turn the nation away from God.

Are we a sheep nation or are we a goat nation?
The answer to this question is obscured by the lack of honesty and free-speech in our news media.   Are the majority of American citizens believers or rejectors of Christ Jesus?   If they are believers then the leadership we currently have is not reflective of the people.   If not, then it is.

We have been raised to believe in democracy often using it as if it is a religious word.   But is democracy a good thing when the majority of people are evil?   Does democracy still have the same righteous character?   I don't think so.

When we look at the time of Noah we see the majority of the people being completely reprobate from God.   For that reason they were destroyed.

When we look at the time of Sodom and Gomorrah we see the majority of the people being completely reprobate from God.   For that reason they were destroyed.

Is America worthy of destruction?   If she is a goat nation, the answer is yes.

When Christ returns He will destroy all the goat nations, whether they are democratic or not.

So, believers in America must decide whether the nation is a sheep nation or whether it is a goat nation.   Believers are the light of the world.   Will we begin to seriously light the world or continue to give in to darkness?

Believers must arise and actively define the identity of America.   The alternative is national destruction.
