Those who would resist the good automatically fall into evil Jer 10:23 .   

The good is our Creator, Christ Jesus, who is love, Grace and life Jam 1:17 1Jn 1:5 .   

The evil is the enemy, Satan, who desires an existence apart from what our Creator has defined as good Joh 8:44 Joh 10:10 .   

The following passage speaks to the end-game of evil as men turn from light toward darkness.   

For the wrath of the Lord is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Rom 1:18 To hold the Truth in unrighteousness is to disbelieve it or ignore it.     Such unbelievers will eventually experience the Wrath Of God in the White Throne Judgment.     However, there is also the Wages of sin to experience.     Furthermore the benefits of Grace are not available to unbelievers.

Because that which may be known of the Lord is manifest in them; for the Lord has showed it unto them. Rom 1:19 Every person knows there is a God because He has put so much of Himself in our design.     Furthermore the Holy Spirit has given them The Measure Of Faith.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and divinity; so that they are without excuse: Rom 1:20 Evidence of creation and Intelligent Design is everywhere and it is undeniable.

Because that, when they knew the Lord, they glorified him not as the Lord, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Rom 1:21 The spiral to damnation is as follows...         → 1) turning one`s back on the physical, intellectual and emotional proof of the Lord`s existence.         → 2) being unthankful    → 3) becoming vain in their Philosphy,    → 4) becoming foolish in their heart,    → 5) arrogantly professing wisdom yet becoming fools,    → 6) becoming totally Carnal Minded    → 7) promiscuity, fornication and perversion    → 8) calling evil good and good evil    → 9) worshipping creation rather than the Creator    → 10) unfettered sexual perversion    → 11) Reprobate Minds resulting in self-destruction

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, Rom 1:22 Profession is not possession.      Wisdom is anchored in the acknowledgment of a Creator, a law giver, a sovereign being whose essence is love.      Education may be good or bad.      The foundation and subject matter of knowledge are critical.      Wisdom is the ability to utilize information.     It does not come simply by knowing things.

And changed the glory of the uncorruptible Holy Spirit into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Rom 1:23 Idolatry is worshipping anything other than the Lord Jesus Christ.

Wherefore the Holy Spirit Father also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Rom 1:24 Fornication and perversion along with body mutilation is out of control, indicating just how far society has moved away from the Truth of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Who changed the truth of the Lord into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever.     Amen. Rom 1:25 The Lord Jesus Christ is Creator.     He is Truth.     But the secular world denies His existence and calls His Word a lie.      Such people have no recourse but to worship the physical creation because they have denied the Lord of life.      Since they do not believe that there is a Creator who upholds all things by the Word of His power, they feel that they must manage the earth.      Examples of their foolish usurpation of the Creator`s role in the universe is that they try to    → Social Engineer,    → manage Climate Change and    → handle Population Control.

For this cause the Lord gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: Rom 1:26 Homosexuality as experimentation into perversion is never satisfied.

And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was deserved. Rom 1:27 Homosexuality is self-destructive and contagious.

And even as they did not like to retain the Lord in their knowledge, the Lord gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Rom 1:28 Men 'did not like to retain God in their knowledge'.     This means that they once knew there was a God but chose to disavow Him because they did not like Him.      Every human being is born with a sense that there is a Supreme Being.      On what basis does a person decide to reject the notion of God?      Rebellion .      Every other explanation they offer is just cover for the fact that they hate God and wish that He did not exist.     Such are children of Satan - the first rebel.      This is why repentance is needed to come to God in Christ Jesus.     One must see themselves as a rebel in opposition to the very One who created them and loved them enough to die for their reconciliation to Himself.      Those who persist in their rebellion against God spiral down eventually getting to the point where they are unreachable by the Truth.      Such end up with Reprobate Minds because they knowingly and willfully reject the Truth, Jesus Christ.      There are two major results of this:    → they do things which are self-destructive    → the Holy Spirit ceases to draw them.

Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Rom 1:29 Those people who death spiral as noted in Rom 1:21 are then filled with the works of the flesh which is Satanically inspired.

Backbiters, haters of the Lord, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Rom 1:30 When a person hates the Lord Jesus Christ they will hate everyone who loves the Lord, speaks of Him or reminds them of Him.      Fundamentally, they become despisers of auhority and so make themselves their own god.     This was Lucifer`s sin and it is the one he communicates to humanity.

Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Rom 1:31 It is important to note that a person who reaches this state will be `without understanding`.     The Common Sense blessing from the Lord will be completely missing in them.     Their affection will be affected as opposed to genuine and it will be directed to things which are unholy.

Who knowing the judgment of the Lord, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. Rom 1:32 Christians appreciate the support of likeminded believers but they do not depend on them.     Whereas unbelievers need their support group because of the guilt that they can`t escape.
