 Is the earth the Lords?   
Is Christ King of all and Lord of all?   
Has all power in heaven and earth been given to Christ?   

Are we sons of God?   
Are we joint-heirs with Christ of all things?   
Are we the head and not the tail?   

Are we above and not beneath?   
Is the Spirit that raised Christ from the dead in us?   
Are we more than conquerors?   

Can we do all things through Christ?   
Should we give place to the devil?   

Should we resist the devil?   
Are we to armour-up for the battle?   
Are we to wrestle against spiritual wickedness?   
Are we expected to storm the gates of hell?   

If so, what on earth are we doing?   

Consider and hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the sleep of death; - Psm 13:3

As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness. - Psm 17:15

Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. - 1Th 5:6
Christians may sleep if they become comfortable in the world, if they are trusting the false reports from the Anti Christ, if they become deceived.

Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. - Eph 5:14

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. - Rom 13:11
We are closer to the Return of Jesus.     We must awake to the designs and movements of the Enemy in order to escape his snare.

Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. - 1Co 15:34
Our knowledge of God comes from the Word Of God and His Holy Spirit.     

Those who do not know the Word Of God or have rejected the Holy Spirit do not Know God.     When a person does not Know God they will follow some other god which may in fact be their own self.     

Such as do not know God are living in the sin of unbelief which is the mother of all lesser sins.     

Those who know God by His Word and Holy Spirit are awake to the fact that righteousness has been imputed to them through Christ Jesus and so they walk in it.     (Phi 3:9).     

Summany:
→ Our righteousness is by Faith.     
→ The sin that we commit is unbelief.
