Riot

Simon the Canaanite, and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him. - Mat 10:4

Then one of the twelve, Called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, - Mat 26:14

And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house. - Mar 3:19

Judas was with Christ Physically but not Spiritually .

And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them. - Mar 14:10

Judas did not have a personal Relationship with Christ - one which made him understand and love the real Jesus . He loved the idea of Messiah but did not subscribe to His Sacrificial Work .

And Judas the brother of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the Traitor . - Luk 6:16

And not many days after the younger Son gathered all together, and took his journey into a far country, and there wasted his Substance with riotous Living . - Luk 15:13

Then entered Satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. - Luk 22:3

He spoke of Judas Iscariot the Son of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve. - Joh 6:71

Then says one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon's Son, which should betray him, - Joh 12:4

And supper being ended, the Devil having now put into the Heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's Son, to betray him; - Joh 13:2

No one knows what Judas was thinking but it has been speculated that he believed that Jesus is the Messiah and he simply wanted to force Jesus' hand to reestablish the throne of David.

In any event, his thoughts and our thoughts are either inspired by God or by Satan .

Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall Give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the Son of Simon. - Joh 13:26

Judas says unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that you will Manifest yourself unto us, and not unto the World ? - Joh 14:22

Good question. The HolySpirit is the manifestation of Christ to us and in us. The World (Unbelievers) cannot Receive the SpiritOfTruth because they cannot see Him.

Was returning, and sitting in his chariot Read Isaiah the Prophet . - Act 8:28

Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join yourself to this chariot. - Act 8:29

And he commanded the chariot to Stand still: and they went down both into the Water, both Philip and the Eunuch; and he Baptized him. - Act 8:38

Let us Walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in Strife and envying. - Rom 13:13

Honesty and Integrity are in short supply today. We who are InChrist must always present the Integrity of God in all things,

If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having Faithful Children not accused of Riot or unruly. - Tit 1:6

Qualifications for a Bishop.

Wherein they Think it strange that you run not with them to the same Excess of Riot, Speaking Evil of you: - 1Pe 4:4

Repentance is turning away from one thing to face another thing.

We can't concern ourselves with what the Heathen think of us.

And shall Receive the Reward of Unrighteousness, as they that count it Pleasure to Riot in the day Time . Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own Deceivings while they feast with you; - 2Pe 2:13

Those who do not have a LoveOfTheTruth will be Deceived and will become Deceivers . Such will experience EternalDeath .

And they had breastplates, as it were Breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to Battle . - Rev 9:9

And cinnamon, and odours, and ointments, and frankincense, and wine, and oil, and fine flour, and Wheat, and beasts, and Sheep, and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and Souls of men. - Rev 18:13
