Mat 21:19	And when he saw a fig Tree in the Way, he came to it, and Found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no Fruit Grow on you henceforward for ever.   And presently the fig Tree withered away.    - Mat 21:19	Jesus cursed the fig tree because it was created for His pleasure and did not provide it.   This is a reflection on the Religious leaders who were created and placed in positions to bring Him pleasure and refused to do so.
