Mat 5:44 But I Say unto you, Love your Enemies, Bless them that Curse you, do Good to them that Hate you, and Pray for them which despitefully use you, and Persecute you; - Mat 5:44 This is impossible for Human beings by HumanLove.   Jesus is saying that God loves everyone and that is the Righteous position.   Since we don't and can't measure up, we are Unrighteous and need a Saviour.   

Only the Love of God which proceeds from His HolySpirit can enable you to LoveYourEnemy in the right way.   
Mat 22:44 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit you on my Right hand, till I make your Enemies your footstool?    - Mat 22:44 The Father tells the Messiah that He will subdue all the Messiah's enemies.   
Mar 12:36 For David Himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit you on my Right hand, till I make your Enemies your footstool.    - Mar 12:36
Luk 1:71 That we should be Saved from our Enemies, and from the hand of all that Hate us; - Luk 1:71
Luk 1:74 That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our Enemies Might Serve him without Fear, - Luk 1:74
Luk 6:27 But I Say unto you which Hear, Love your Enemies, do Good to them which Hate you, - Luk 6:27 See people who are in Bondage as people who need to be set Free by Faith in Christ Jesus and so minister to them in Love.   
Luk 6:35 But Love you your Enemies, and do Good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your Reward shall be Great, and you shall be the Children of the Highest: for he is Kind unto the unthankful and to the Evil.    - Luk 6:35 This is only possible by the Love of God in you.   
Luk 19:27 But those mine Enemies, which would not that I should Reign over them, bring here, and slay them before me.    - Luk 19:27 Those that Hate Christ will be Destroyed.   
Luk 19:43 For the days shall come upon you, that your Enemies shall cast a trench about you, and Compass you round, and keep you in on every side, - Luk 19:43 This was fulfilled in 70 AD when Rome destroyed Jerusalem.
