Title: Who is offended by Sin?

Not God. He refuses to look upon Sin. God actually shed His own Blood in Christ Jesus to cover Sin once and for all.

So, is Sin still an issue? If so, for whom?

Yes, Sin is still an issue.
It is still an issue for the Sinner.

Sin has Consequences. Those Consequences are Evil.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. - Rom 6:23
Death or EternalLife. What is to discuss here?

Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sins, it shall die. - Eze 18:4
God created all things including each individual Soul. We all belong to Him.

The person who Sins will Suffer the Consequences of Sin.

The person who commits the Unpardonable Sin of rejecting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour will be destroued in the LakeOfFire.

The Sin that is Unforgiveable is the Sin of rejecting Christ Jesus as Saviour and Lord.
This is the Sin that offends God.

And whoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. - Rev 20:15
Everyone who Rejects Christ Jesus will be cast into the LakeOfFire.

All other Sins offend the Sinner and the Society in which he Sins.

There will be bi Sin in Heaven because no Sinners will be allowed in.
