Not all Angels are AngelsOfLight.

Light reveals Truth and Truth is of God. Jesus is Truth is God.

Those Angels (chief of which is Lucifer) who rebelled against God are still 'ministering' to mankind.

However, they are ministering Lies, Bondage and Death to destroy Humanity and thus thwart the plan of God.

Satan and his minions present themselves as AngelsOfLight to Deceive.

Those not InChrist will be Deceived by him believing that Darkness is Light.

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. - Mat 24:4
And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. - 2Co 11:14
And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. - Rev 13:8
