Title: What option is there for a person whose rights are violated?

Interestingly, the Constitution does not prohibit the Federal Government from violating the rights of the people. Yes, the BillOfRights enumerates the rights of the people and states but there is no punitive consequence to violating those rights!

If there is no punitive consequence for the violation of a right then there is no real disincentive to do so.

For many years (because of our Christian foundation) the Federal and State Governments acted 'Christian' - i.e. they did the right thing according to the spirit of the DeclarationOfIndependence and the Constitution.

However, as the people in Government have disconnected themselves from Christ, they are no longer bound by the spirit of the Constitution. As a result, they interpret the Constitution in a strictly legal manner.

By 'strict legal manner' I mean that they look specifically at the words - what is included and what is excluded.

The fact is that the individual whose rights are violated by Government can only obtain relief from the violation through the courts. There is no provision for suing the Government or the agents of Government.

Such immunity from prosecution is a terrible enablement which inevitably will be used to enslave the people by those in Government.

And here we are.

So, what is the recourse for the people who have systematically been deprived of their rights if the court system cannot provide relief? RevolutionII.
