Our Life is in the new Spirit being created in Christ Jesus.

If that is the focus of our Mind and Heart (Soul) we never go through a winter.

Winter occurs in our Soul when we take our mind off the Spirit and put it on the physical.

So, the winter that occurs in the physical cannot touch our Spirit. But it can destroy our Soul.

For to be carnally minded is death but to be Spiritually minded is Life and Peace. - Rom 8:6

Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. - Col 3:2
