In looking at the General Assembly charter for the DHHS I became very alarmed at the power that was given to bureaucrats in the name of public health. No wonder they are acting like the gestapo under the orders of governor fuhrer.

In reading it I see where it was written from the naive point of view that the department would actually perform its functions WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE US CONSTITUTION. But no where are they limited by such language, In this Socialist/Communist/Fascist/Globalist age that we are in now, they have a perfect right to violate the rights of the people they are supposed to serve.
Rather than looking at new initiatives and passing new laws, the GA needs to be reassessing EVERYTHING prior GAs have done. Otherwise, immoral, unAmerican governors and bureaucratic marshalls will run roughshod over the people undermining the Republic.
I recommend the DHHS be dissolved as there are now health services in virtually every community.
