Nevertheless I have somewhat against you, because you have left your first love. - Rev 2:4
The issue that Christ Jesus has with the church at Ephesus is that they are no longer madly in love with Him.
They have become distracted, preoccupied and absorbed by other things (Idols).
The Power and Authority that Christ wants us to Manifest for the sake of the KingdomOfGod operates only when we are madly in love with Him.
The AbundantLife that Christ promised us does not materialize when we have left our FirstLove.
Remember therefore from where you are fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto you quickly, and will remove your candlestick out of his place, except you repent. - Rev 2:5
The Candlestick is our influence in the Earth for the KingdomOfGod.
So, the bottom line is that we are unfulfilled and ineffective outside of an intimate Love Relationship with Christ Jesus (HolySpirit).
