| For those InChrist there is no Condemnation (Rom 8:1.) In other words, Sin has no Power to separate Believers from God or produce Condemnation in TheJudgment.
Does this mean that Sin is impotent? No. The soul that sins, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him. - Eze 18:20 Know you not, that to whom you yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants you are to whom you obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? - Rom 6:16 The LawOfGod has built in Rewards and Punishments.
There are Consequences to Sin that cannot be avoided. Those Consequences are always negative, destructive, tending toward Death.
Furthermore Sin revels in Darkness, Deception and Confusion.
This is why God hates Sin. He is Life. He is Light. He is Truth. He is Wisdom. Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. - Isa 1:18 This wonderful verse of promise speaks to the potential that Christ provided for us to be BornAgain and become new Spirit beings with no Guilt.
However, the Mind and the Body are not perfected when we are BornAgain. The Mind must be Transformed and the Body must come under subjection to the Spirit in order to experience AbundantLife. (See SpiritSalvation and SoulSalvation for more.)
The Unbeliever has the Guilt of Sin and is in Bondage to Sin. This results in the rapid deterioration of their life (wages of Sin). The more Sin that is committed, the quicker and more drastic is the deterioration.
For such an Unbeliever, this is the InconvenientTruth of their existence.
