However, those who are never exposed to the Light of Gospel of Christ Jesus are culturally inferior.   

This is because without the Light a person or group of people or a nation is in Darkness.   

Not knowing God, not knowing where they came from, not knowing why they are here and not knowing where they are going results in baseness, cruelty, selfishness and Fatalism.   

As a result of the disconnect people become Barbarians.   They subscribe to the inferior Culture of Paganism or Atheism.   

Barbarians are objects of God`s Love and Christ`s sacrifice.   They are to be targets for the Preaching of the Gospel of the Kingdom.   

When they hear the Gospel and Receive Christ they become new Spirit beings as Children of God.
