No.   Seeing is seeing what may be perceived by Physical Eyes that can detect only a narrow spectrum of light rays.   

There are things that exist in the Physical Realm which cannot be perceived by Natural eyes.   
Radio waves and ultraviolet light come to mind.   

Consider that there are dimensions beyond length, breadth, height and time.   
Natural eyes have no way of perceiving other dimensions.   

To deny the existence of what cannot be seen with natural eyes is foolish.   You would not be able to enjoy radio, TV or cell phones.
