Have you ever seen a really good business with a long history of success get sold to new owners and then under the new management the business very quickly ceased to be profitable and eventually had to shut its doors?
This is what happens any time you have poor management involved in anything. Not only does it not grow, it actually begins to lose money, lose business and eventually has to close its doors.
Under Socialism this is exactly what will happen to a country. Businesses in that country that were thriving, that had been stable and prospering for many many years will, under government control, eventually lose incentive, become slack, stop paying attention to detail, see employee motivation disappear and inevitably dry up and close their doors. The net result is that the country will go into poverty.
This downward spiral is true on the small business level, it is true on the corporate level and it will be true on the national level.
We must avoid enabling bad management from taking over the enterprises in America.
Government is bad management.
Your body cannot have good tissue without having good cells in its tissues.
In the same way a good Business must have good employees.
A good manager has the ability to distinguish between a good employee and a bad one.
In the tissue analogy, when a bad cell is encountered the immune and excretory systems kick in to remove that cell and it is replaced with a good one.
If this were not so, eventually neighboring cells would be negatively affected by the bad cell leading to the destruction of the tissue.
Likewise, in a business, the good manager will make sure that resources are directed to the good employees while identification of bad employees is followed by their removal from the enterprise.
