For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 1Ti 6:10 money is simply a medium of exchange for things of value.      Bartering and trading work only to the extent that the differences in values of the items being traded is insignificant.     If there is a significant difference between the two then money is exchanged to even out the transaction.      In a large economy it is necessary to use money to expedite transactions and support accounting.      Since money is non-perishable, easy to carry and accepted throughout the economy it is a great tool.      Hence, there is nothing inherently evil in money.      It is the Love Of Money which results in evil.      theft, fraud, cheating, taxation are all manifestations of the evil that results from the Love Of Money.      Coveting is a mortal sin which destroys the person whose heart is oriented toward it.      Just because a thing may be used for evil does not mean we should consider the thing evil.      Wealth and prosperity come by operating in the Law of Sowing And Reaping.     the Lord wants us to take advantage of His laws to experience Abundant Life.      So sow that you may reap.     And then use the money that comes to you for the Kingdom Of God.

The love of money, the desire for promotion, the desire to be accepted causes a weak person to Compromise their Principles.   

This is Principle Prostitution.   

Let's look at a phenomenon in Christianity today - the acceptance of Abortion and Homosexuality.   

I have said and I have heard others say that you cannot be a Democrat and a Christian at the same time.   

Yet, there are Christian churches that are full of Democrats while there are multitudes (if not all) that contain some Democrats.   

I have often wondered why Politics is considered off-limits in many churches.   

I think I know the reason now.   

Politics is how Ideology plays out.   
Ideology is how World View plays out.   
World View is how Spirituality plays out.   

Hence, a person's Politics reveals their Spiritual state.   

So, talking about Politics in church uncovers the Spiritual Wickedness in Christians who are Principle Prostitutes.   

The reality is that the Democratic party is ideally situated to attract Principle Prostitutes.   

The Democratic party is all about free stuff and licentiousness.   "We will give you what you want and we will not criticise your life style".   

So, anyone, including Christians who love money more than Principle are attracted to the Democratic party.   

Why do I consider a Christian Democrat a Principle Prostitute?   

Because the association cheapens the individual, it undermines their testimony and it undermines their Relationship with Christ.   

Sexual Prostitution is terrible but Principle Prostitution is worse.   
This is because sexual Prostitution is of the Flesh while Principle Prostitution is of the Heart.   

If you are a Principle Prostitute Repent and return to your first love.   

Draw near to the Lord, and he will draw near to you.     Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded. Jam 4:8 It is the Lord who draws us to Him by His Holy Spirit but that is just a tug.     We must respect His wooing by turning to Him and desiring Him.      Sinners can only cleanse their hands by repenting, turning to Christ and receiving His cleansing blood, Christians can only purify their hearts by deciding to believe the Word Of The Lord exclusively.     Otherwise, they are Double Minded which yields confusion, fear, unbelief and weakness.
