1. What is a criminal? - a person who breaks the law
2. Are there laws already on the books to prosecute criminals? - yes
3. Have these laws stopped crime? - no
4. Will gun laws stop criminals (people who break the law) - no
5. What is the effect of a gun law? - to make it safe for criminals
6. Who then would push for gun laws? - criminals
And that is just what every person is who attempts to break the 2nd Amendment law - a criminal.
It is time to prosecute these criminals as highest priotity because of the number of law-abiding citizens who are victimized by their criminality.
Article [II] (Amendment 2 - Bearing Arms)
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
