Christians must attack this problem through the Gospel and the power of the Holy Spirit .

The only political solution to this is 'transportation'. Britain used 'transportation' to deal with serial criminals back in the 1700-1800's.

Transportation involves removing a person from normal society and placing them in a location where there are only others like themselves (with no victims or enablers around). Australia was populated by people who were 'transported'. It is now a thriving country.

'Transportation' is tough love which is a rarity in our country. We are enablers.

Whenever a Christian encounters a homeless person they should share the Gospel with them. If that person receives the Truth and is willing to become a new person, that is success!

If the homeless person rejects the Truth , rejects Society and is determined to live off of enablers, they should be transported.

You see we must recognize that homelessness as a Spiritual disease infects others. (Have you noticed it is getting worse?).
