Perry Mason used this term quite often to object to Hamilton Burger's evidence.
It sounded very offensive to the point of humiliation of the prosecutor.
God has a plan for Humanity and the Universe which he created to further that plan.
Any idea , any Philosophy , any occupation , any life that does not conform to the plan of God is Incompetent_Irrelevant_Immaterial .
This is why all those who reject His plan end up being destroyed as Refuse .
It is God's plan . It is God's Universe . It is God's Humanity .
There is no need for any person to be offended, humiliated. and destroyed. There is no reason for any person to be Incompetent_Irrelevant_Immaterial .

In the courtroom any evidence that is deemed Incompetent_Irrelevant_Immaterial is inadmissible and stricken from the record.
