God ForeKnows. He does not Predestine.
To say what will happen appears to imply that an event is Predestined.
God planned for us to be His Children. In that sense we are Predestined.
Though God Knows which of us will Receive Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour, He does not force us to Receive Him.
Likewise, God Knows which people will Refuse Christ Jesus as Lord and Saviour. He does not force such to Refuse Him.
