Then the Lord said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spoke unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart. Jer 14:14

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Mat 7:15 A False Prophet has a false heart but they disguise themselves to hide their true nature.

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. Mat 24:11 false prophets will claim they have a message from the Lord but will prophecy things that conflict with the Word,

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Mat 24:24 signs and wonders should not be followed as there will be satanically empowered false christs and prophets going after those In Christ.

But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2Pe 2:1 To believe in Christ Jesus is become a Child Of The Holy Spirit.     To reject Christ Jesus is to be a Child Of Satan.     To be a Child Of The Holy Spirit is to experience Eternal Life.     To be be a Child Of Satan is to be condemned to Eternal Death.

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of the Lord Jesus Christ: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 1Jn 4:1 We test spirits by being sensitive to the Holy Spirit and by knowing the Word of the Lord.      Jesus 'knew all men' by the discernment of the Holy Spirit Joh 2:24.      Jesus treated people based on their spirit.      Those who had a humble, seeking spirit, He responded to their need Mat 11:28.      Those who had a proud or caniving spirit He resisted and rebuked Mat 23:13.

It is possible that an overly zealous believer can speak presumptuously on behalf of the Lord and their prophesy does not come true.   Such a person should be counseled to help them distinguish the words of the Lord from their own desires or expectations.   

If a believer repeatedly speaks presumptuously with prophecies that fail to come to pass, after having been confronted and corrected, they should be shunned as being under some other influence than the Holy Spirit.   

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. Rev 13:11 This is the False Prophet.     I nbelieve this is a media mogul who controls information and aligns himself politically with the antichrist.

And he exercises all the power of the first beast before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Rev 13:12 The False Prophet is the spokesperson for the beast, enabling his agenda and bringing the world under his dominion.

And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, Rev 13:13 This is a false miracle.     It will be done with technology but it will be effective in deceving the gullible.

And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. Rev 13:14 The political power of the beast takes on a religious character as the faith of the people is placed on the beast.

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. Rev 13:15 technology will be the foundation of the power of the False Prophet and the beast.     information and business will be in a stranglehold by this pair.

And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: Rev 13:16 This will enable digital identification of each person in the system implemented by a microscopic chip implant.

And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Rev 13:17 Unless you can authenticate to the digital currency system by the identification chip implant you will be unable to do monetary transactions.

Here is wisdom.     Let him that has understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. Rev 13:18 Six being the number of man, the significance of 666 is man, man, man to the exclusion of the Lord.

And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. Rev 16:13 I suspect the unclean spirits are:    → a spirit of immorality    → a lying spirit    → a destructive spirit I suspect that the unholy unity between Satan, the beast and the False Prophet is their sharing in common these unclean spirits.

Fake Media may be the False Prophet of Revelation.
