Are You "living the dream"?
To many Christians heaven is a place to dream about, a place off in the future, a land far, far away.
Did you know Christ said that the Kingdom Of Heaven is at hand? "At hand" means near by, within reach.
Remember, He told us to pray "thy kingdom come...on earth" .
Did you know that that prayer was answered? Christ fulfilled God's will for His life .
What was the reward for His obedience? All power in heaven and earth was given to Him . That means He is already King of the earth.
Do you know what a "regent" is? It is someone who rules in place of and for a monarch. We are to rule in His place till He returns .
Did you know that the "church" is the body of Christ in this age of the world?
Did you know that you are a member in particular of His body?
Did you know that you are now a Son Of The Holy Spirit?
Heaven should be manifesting in your life because of the gift of God through Christ Jesus!
You should be "living the dream " or should I say the "reality" of who you are in Christ .
Heaven is real. It is all around us. It is a spiritual kingdom. It is Grace. It is Christ. It is accessible by all through faith in the love of God.
You don't have to "go to heaven " to experience it. Open your eyes of faith and come to realize you are already there.
Yes, there are aspects of heaven that we will only be able to experience when we leave this physical body . And there are even more aspects to heaven that we can only experience with the new body He will give us.
But remember this:
1. We have already received eternal abundant life ( )
2. We have been filled with His Spirit
3. He has provided all things for life and godliness
4. There are unsearchable riches for us to experience
5. He has empowered, authorized and commanded us to heal the sick and to set the captive free .
Open your spiritual eyes and see heaven. Keep those spiritual eyes open and begin living there!
