PureHeart

The sanctification that our Lord is looking for in us is the sanctification of our hearts. He knows and has told us that out of heart proceeds the issues of life.

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. -

Pure In Heart is the state of a person who has a Love Of The Truth. the Lord will reveal Himself to those that have a Love Of The Truth. We see the Lord through spiritual revelation of the Word and fellowship with Him in the Holy Spirit.

A good man out of the good treasure of the heart brings forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth evil things. -
What is in your heart determines what you will experience.
What is in your heart determines your vision.
Your vision determines your happiness or disappointment and your success or failure.

For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. -
The Lord cannot help someone who does not want to be helped. The dull ears and eyes are metaphors for hearts that are not interested in the Lord. When a person draws near to the Lord, He draws near to them.

This people draws near unto me with their mouth, and honours me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. -
The Lord is interested only in our heart because it is our true selves.

Jesus said unto him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. -
A love relationship with the Holy Spirit is the end all.
We cannot and will not keep this commandment without a revelation of His love for us. When we begin to understand the perfection of His sacrifice (which is evidence of His perfect love for us) we will begin to respond to that love as the holy Spirit enables and effects His love in and through us.

And hope makes not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us. -
hope is the the object of that for which we have faith.
Hope is a positive imagination.
We were created to create.
In order to create we must imagine that which we would like to create.     The effort that we put forth to create that which we have imagined comes from the faith that we will succeed.
Without Hope, there is no faith and so no effort to create.     We become dull.     For a person to become dull is shameful.
But when we hope we are covered with the love of the Lord by the Holy Spirit.     And we see the glory of the Lord manifesting through us in that which we create by faith.
