Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brothers;
Always be kind when teaching, exhorting or reproving.

Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
This is a hold-over from legalism.       To shame a person is harsh and unloving.

That you keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ:
We do not try faith.       We live it.       It is eternal.

And they said unto him, Thus says Hezekiah, This day is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and blasphemy; for the children are come to the birth, and there is not strength to bring forth.

But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbade the madness of the prophet.
Such are warned by the Lord but find opportunity to bypass those warnings.

Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
This is the order of the day to all believers.       We are to:
    publicly proclaim the Gospel.       
    be ready to share the Truth
    reprimand and censure those who sin
    express strong disapproval of evil
    strongly encourage people to receive Christ
    stay within the authority of the scriptures with these actions
    not harangue individuals with the Gospel
    make sure everyone we know hears it from us.

They hate him that rebukes in the gate, and they abhor him that speaks uprightly.

The Lord shall send upon you cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that you set your hand unto for to do, until you be destroyed, and until you perish quickly; because of the wickedness of your doings, whereby you have forsaken me.

It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.

11 
And I will execute great vengeance upon them with furious rebukes; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance upon them.

12 
So it shall be a reproach and a taunt, an instruction and an astonishment unto the nations that are round about you, when I shall execute judgments in you in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes.       I the Lord have spoken it.

Except the Lord of my father, the Lord of Abraham, and the fear of Isaac, had been with me, surely you had sent me away now empty.       The Lord has seen mine affliction and the labour of my hands, and rebuked you yesternight.

And he told it to his father, and to his brothers: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that you have dreamed?       Shall I and your mother and your brothers indeed come to bow down ourselves to you to the earth?

The Lord chastens no one unless they are not listening, not growing, not learning.

The catching up into the clouds occurs as soon as the trumpet blasts at the Lord's appearing.       At that point, the dead in Christ rise first and all that is corruptible in the dead and living believers will be translated into incorruptible.

And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.
The Millennial Kingdom will be a time of peace such as the world has never known.

21 
One thousand shall flee at the rebuke of one; at the rebuke of five shall you flee: till you be left as a beacon upon the top of a mountain, and as an ensign on an hill.
And so, billions of people will be controlled by a handful of men ( Anti Christ henchmen) wielding great Physical and Material Strength.       That Strength is in the Economy and the power of his Lies.       

Those who refuse to accept the Mark Of The Beast will be a beacon on the mountaintop, as a sign and Witness to the Truth of Jesus Christ.

And they said unto him, Thus says Hezekiah, This day is a day of trouble, and of rebuke, and of blasphemy: for the children are come to the birth, and there is not strength to bring forth.

Wherefore, when I came, was there no man?       when I called, was there none to answer?       Is my hand shortened at all, that it cannot redeem?       or have I no power to deliver?       behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea, I make the rivers a wilderness: their fish stinks, because there is no water, and dies for thirst.

24 
Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, as a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the Lord, the rebuke of your Lord.

25 
For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.
When the Lord says something you can take it to the bank.       

Here He is saying that He will not hold our sins against us.       
He speaks this through His foreknowledge that Christ Jesus will bear the brunt of His anger and rebuke on our behalf.       

This is to the praise, honour and glory of Christ Jesus!

For, behold, the Lord will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire.

O Lord, you know: remember me, and visit me, and revenge me of my persecutors; take me not away in your longsuffering: know that for your sake I have suffered rebuke.

Don't be discouraged by unbelievers in you or the Lord.

Satan is subject to Jesus by the power of His Holy Spirit.       

We have His Holy Spirit in us and so Satan is subject to us.

And he stood over her, and rebuked the fever; and it left her: and immediately she arose and ministered unto them.
We ought to rebuke sickness and disease as works of the enemy.

37 
And they came to him, and awoke him, saying, Master, master, we perish.       Then he arose, and rebuked the wind and the raging of the water: and they ceased, and there was a calm.
All nature is subject to the Holy Spirit and Word.

38 
And as he was yet a coming, the devil threw him down, and tare him.       And Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, and healed the child, and delivered him again to his father.
We ought to rebuke Satan and destroy his works whenever we encounter them.

But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, You know not what manner of spirit you are of.
Mercy and love are of God.

40 
And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, says the Lord of hosts.

And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
children belong to the Lord.       He loves them and has plans for them.

42 
And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold your peace, and come out of him.
As this was early in Jesus' ministry it was inappropriate to broadcast His identity.       It was important that He build faith in the people through His teaching so that the healings would follow testifying of His being the Christ.       

This was the first exorcism that Christ performed.

43 
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still.       And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
A simple command from the Commander In Chief and nature responds.       

Jesus did not do this just to prove that He could.       He did it as an example to the disciples, how they they should assume the authority He had given them and exercise dominion over the earth, including nature.       

The very next verse tells us that Jesus expected His disciples to operate in faith to deal with all the issues of life.

And he spoke that saying openly.       And Peter took him, and began to rebuke him.
Jesus informed the disciples as a group, and as usual, Peter has to exert his leadership.       So, he rebukes Jesus for Prophesying the very purpose in His coming to earth.

45 
But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get you behind me, Satan: for you savour not the things that be of the Lord, but the things that be of men.
Jesus looked at the disciples to make sure they were listening.       Theh he Rebuked Peter acknowleding that Satan was speaking through him.       This happened because Peter did not grasp and so was not in agreement with the things of the Lord who is Spirit.       Rather, he was considering only the flesh.

When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, You dumb and deaf spirit, I charge you, come out of him, and enter no more into him.
It is likely the people came running because of the demonstration of the demon.       They wanted to watch the show.       Jesus rebuked the demon and commanded him to never return the young man.

Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from you, Lord: this shall not be unto you.
Peter, still Carnal Minded, refuses to accept the will of the Lord for Christ and so challenges Christ.

And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
Jesus spoke to the demon and he left the child.

49 
Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them.
Discounting the ability of children to receive the things of the Lord is a major mistake.

50 
And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have kindness on us, O Lord, you son of David.
They were rebuked because of their testimony of Jesus as the Messiah.       But they only got louder in their testimony and call for mercy.

And he says unto them, Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?       Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
fear is a sign of weakness and results in defeat.       fear is a manifestation of unbelief.       

Nature is subject to man going all the way back to the eden .        Jesus demonstrated that dominion.

And he shall judge among many people, and rebuke strong nations afar off; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up a sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

He rebukes the sea, and makes it dry, and drys up all the rivers: Bashan languishes, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languishes.

Then I consulted with myself, and I rebuked the nobles, and the rulers, and said unto them, You exact usury, every one of his brother.       And I set a great assembly against them.

The light and the salt that we spread sets us forth as Sons Of The Holy Spirit revealing the deeds done in darkness and the perverseness of the men who do them.

A wise son hears his father's instruction: but a scorner hears not rebuke.

The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor hears not rebuke.

But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them.

Open rebuke is better than secret love.

He that rebukes a man afterwards shall find more favour than he that flatters with the tongue.

All the forces of nature were instituted by our Creator.       He is the law giver.       He is the power.

He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness.
Moses lifted up his rod.       Moses led them through the wilderness.

You have rebuked the proud that are cursed, which do err from your commandments.
The pride are cursed by their pride.       It keeps them from coming to the fountain of life.

Then the channels of waters were seen, and the foundations of the world were discovered at your rebuke, O Lord, at the blast of the breath of your nostrils.

O Lord, rebuke me not in your wrath: neither chasten me in your hot displeasure.
thank you Lord that through your shed blood there is no condemnation or wrath upon me.

When you with rebukes do correct man for iniquity, you make his beauty to consume away like a moth: surely every man is vanity.       Selah.
Though the Lord is gracious, His Spiritual Laws exact punishment upon those who break them while prospering those that keep them.

69 
Rebuke the company of spearmen, the multitude of the bulls, with the calves of the people, till every one submit himself with pieces of silver: scatter you the people that delight in war.
The Day Of Wrath will see all rebellion against the King vanquished in a flash.

70 
O Lord, rebuke me not in your anger, neither chasten me in your hot displeasure.
The reality is that the Lord is never angry at the righteous though His laws may effect a payment for sin.       

In the Day Of Wrath we will have been translated and caught up into the air with Christ so that His wrath is not poured upon us.

71 
At your rebuke, O Lord of Jacob, both the chariot and horse are cast into a dead sleep.
With the Word Of His Mouth He will bring to nothing the proud and rebellious.

72 
It is burned with fire, it is cut down: they perish at the rebuke of your countenance.
Those who have aligned with the beast will be destroyed along with the works of their hands.

73 
You have rebuked the heathen, you have destroyed the wicked, you have put out their name for ever and ever.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
The Lord rebukes us for being Carnal Minded rather than Spiritual Minded.

And let fall also some of the handfuls of purpose for her, and leave them, that she may glean them, and rebuke her not.

Rebuke those who have compromised the faith so they return.

We ought all to manifest the New Spirit speaking with authority as we exhort and rebuke, disregarding the criticisms of others.       

As Sons Of The Holy Spirit we are new creations In Christ Jesus.       These creations are New Spirit beings who occupy the bodies of flesh that we were born of water in.       

In Christ Jesus you are a superior being to the Carnal Minded Old Man creatures that are the unbelievers.       

We are joint heirs with Christ Jesus of all things which He gained power over through His death and resurrection.       Nothing on this earth belongs to Satan or his children.       They are squatters with no spiritually legal rights to anything.

And the Lord said unto Satan, The Lord rebuke you, O Satan; even the Lord that has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you: is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?
