Does moral trump legal?   

What is the relationship between legality and morality?   

Everyone has some sense of morality because the Lord, who created man, placed a conscience in him.   

That conscience provides the starting point for man to legislate through government.   

Our Declaration Of Independence speaks of unalienable rights which come from our Creator.   

This means that there are spiritual laws which may not be violated by man's government through legislation.   

But there are Americans today, many of whom are in political power, who deny the existence of unalienable rights because they do not believe there is a supreme law giver to establish such rights.   

As a result, they believe that legal trumps moral or in some sense, legal defines moral.   The obvious implication is that man (or his government) is god.   

When we consider the issues that divide us we need to recognize that they boil down to one basic point of division: Is there a God or not?   

Those who believe in God defer to Him (at least in measure), while those who do not believe in God see themselves as god and defer to no one.   

No one can argue the validity of the Constitution without deferring to the God whose gift of unalienable rights underpin it.   

And so we see the Constitution being treated as merely a 'suggestion' by (let me call it like it is) unrighteous men.   

Can a government composed of two factions so diametrically opposed work together?   They are 'trying to'.   But we see that there is an insidious movement by government toward legislating the Constitution away.   

In 1962, God was effectively removed from our society from a policy standpoint.   The momentum of a God-based Constitution has carried us for 60 years even as its relevance has waned.   

Now we find ourselves in an impasse.   There are two only ways to go from here:
   → downward toward totalitarianism in the current system or
   → revolution.   

To stay with the current system is the easy thing to do and it is likely what 'we' will do.   

To initiate Revolution 2 requires all of the following:
   → conviction
   → integrity
   → courage
   → action
