I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father who empowers me bears witness of me.
The Incarnate Word and the Holy Spirit bear witness that Jesus is the Lord.     (The Holy Spirit is the Father)

For the Trinitarians out there, " Why didn`t the Holy Spirit also bear witness of Jesus along with the Father and the Son, Himself?"
   → The Holy Spirit is the Father.   
   → Jesus is the witness of the Holy Spirit.   
   → The Holy Spirit is the witness of Jesus.   
   → Jesus and the Father are one.   
   → Jesus is the Body of the Holy Spirit.   
   → The Holy Spirit is the Spirit Of Christ Jesus.   

The Father (Holy Spirit) empowers Jesus.   

Jesus commanded His disciples to tarry in Jerusalem until they be endued with `power` from on high .    The Holy Spirit outpouring was the fulfilment of that command .   

The Holy Spirit is the person and power of our Creator and He manifests Himself physically in Christ Jesus AND in each of us who are filled with Him.
