All Israel was looking for the second coming of the Messiah - not the first one.       So, even after His resurrection they wanted Him on the throne of David.

Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
69 weeks of years (483 years) from the edict to rebuild Jerusalem to the birth of Christ.

'Without committing iniquity'?       
Who has and who can abstain from sin?

And also let the golden and silver vessels of the house of God, which Nebuchadnezzar took forth out of the temple which is at Jerusalem, and brought unto Babylon, be restored, and brought again unto the temple which is at Jerusalem, every one to his place, and place them in the house of God.

We are to edify in all things.       Castigating the weak is not of the Holy Spirit.

Paul is confident that their prayers will result in an early release from prison.

Those who have been Born Again will be translated to perfection and empowered to rule and reign with Christ Jesus in His Millennial Kingdom.

To restore is to bring back to original state.       The Lord doesn't patch us up.       He restores us to health.       

How does He do this?       
By Grace Through Faith in the finished work of Christ Jesus.       

Hear the Word with your heart and let faith come alive.       

Believe
    that the Lord loves you,
    that He wants you healed
    that He took your infirmities into His own body and
    that you are already healed.

His children shall seek to please the poor, and his hands shall restore their goods.

Repentance and Restitution.

And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand.       And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
Jesus told the man to do what he couldn't do.       A withered hand does not have the strength or flexibility to be stretched forth..

And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand.       And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
The Lord is angry with every person who rejects Him.       Hardness Of Heart is rebellion - a refusal to respond to His love.

55 
After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
Because the man could see a little I am sure the light that was now hitting his retina for the first time was piercingly bright.       

To look up into the sky would make the piercing deeper and more painful, But, he obeyed in faith, As a result, his eyesight was restored perfectly.

And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.
Jesus affirms the scriptures and expands on the prophecy referenced.

Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand.       And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other.
Jesus didn't pray, He told the man to stretch his hand forth.       Healing came by faith as demonstrated by obedience.

And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.
The scripture are always fulfilled.

Restore, I pray you, to them, even this day, their lands, their vineyards, their oliveyards, and their houses, also the hundredth part of the money, and of the corn, the wine, and the oil, that ye exact of them.

There is joy in receiving His forgiveness and there is even more joy in receiving His Holy Spirit.

It is sad for us to rest our happiness in the approval of others.

And he shall be unto thee a restorer of thy life, and a nourisher of thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is better to thee than seven sons, hath born him.
