This Spirit creature is perfect just as God is perfect because the Spirit is the same substance as God.   

But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 1Co 6:17 The Holy Spirit is the Spirit Of Christ Jesus.      By virtue of being Born Again of the the Word and Holy Spirit a believer becomes one with Christ Jesus.

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. 1Jn 4:17 By growing in Grace and knowledge of Christ we understand the perfect love of His Holy Spirit made available to us by His finished work.      In that perfect love we know in whom we have believed and are embued with boldness and power to manifest Christ in this world by His Holy Spirit.      Because of what our Lord Jesus has done for us, we are now also Sons Of The Holy Spirit 1Jn 3:2 who have access to His inheritance Rom 8:17 of all power in heaven and earth Mat 28:18.      It was His plan in the beginning for us to be in His image Gen 1:26.      Now we are New Spirit beings awaiting the translation of our souls and bodies into His likeness 1Jn 3:2.

The Spirit comes from God and is God.   This is how we become Sons of God - we are made of His substance - we are part of Him.
