Those that fear the Lord acknowledge Him.   Such have a Love Of The Truth.   It is that branch of humanity that the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ can reach.   

Those who receive the Gospel enter into a perfect relationship with their Creator by virtue of being in Him Act 17:28 and He in them Rom 8:11.    In this intimate relationship there is no fear because the Holy Spirit is Perfect Love 1Jn 4:8 and Perfect Love casts our fear 1Jn 4:18.   

Furthermore we hear the Holy Spirit tell us to come boldly to the throne of His Grace Heb 4:16 for all things pertaining to life and godliness 2Pe 1:3 .   

The branch of humans who do not fear the Lord do not acknowledge Him.   Such have resisted the revelation of His existence through the glory of His creation Rom 1:20.   

They do not have a Love Of The Truth 2Th 2:10 and so resist the Love Of The Lord and His Grace Heb 10:29 that is extended to them In Christ Jesus.   This offense dooms such to Eternal Damnation in the Lake Of Fire Rev 19:20 Rev 20:15 .   

Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Heb 10:38 Those who draw back from the Gospel of Grace Through Faith fail to please the Lord.     Everything and everyone was created to please the Lord.      Not only do those who reject Christ Jesus as Saviour fail to please the Lord, He sees them as an enemy of the love, peace, unity and order that characterize His presence and His kingdom.      Consequently, they will be destroyed in the Lake Of Fire.      There are some ministers of the Gospel who preach fear among the believers.     Fear will cause a person to draw back.     It is evidence of a lack of faith in the love and Grace of the Holy Spirit In Christ Jesus.
