To answer this question we must understand the purpose of the Federal Government.
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
that these dead shall not have died in vain– that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. It is abundantly clear from the above that the Federal Government is to serve the people by ensuring their freedoms by force of law and by military action when needed.
Below is an enumeration of a few of the violations of its charter:
→ excessive taxation
→ institution of atheistic socialism as the national religion
→ restriction of trade during COVID19
→ extravagant spending and debt
→ not providing equal justice
→ signing off on fraudulent elections
→ affirmative action
→ restriction of natural resource exploration
→ misinformation regarding COVID19
→ collusion with fake media
→ supporting EV development with taxpayer money
→ playing favorites in the marketplace
There is no question that the above actions have de-legitimized the current Federal Government. There must me a reset in order for the nation to survive.
The election system is now corrupt offering no hope of changing The System by The System.
The Constitution provides for a ConventionOfStates. However, many of the state governments have become as corrupt as the Federal Government making such a convention very unlikely.
The only other alternative is revolution. However, a revolution demands resolution and sacrifice by the rebels. There is not indication of such resolution among a significant segment of the population.
Alas! We are doomed.
