But you are holy, O you that inhabits the praises of Israel. Psm 22:3 Jesus speaks this to the Father even as the wrath of the Father is poured out upon Him.

God Loves our Praise but He does not Need our Praise.   We may not Love to Praise God but we Need to.   

We were created to be in Relationshp with our Creator God.   The most basic connection to Him is to acknowledge Him as our Creator.   

The fool has said in his heart, There is no god.     They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that does good. Psm 14:1 To not acknowledge the Lord is to effectively confess unbelief in the Lord.      Society today considers the notion of the Lord as obsolete and resents the injection of the Lord into any discussion.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. Pro 3:6 A total commitment to keeping God in all areas of your Life will result in Blessings upon Blessings as you will never stray from its path.

We Receive Eternal Life by Believing and Receiving Jesus Christ.   This is a form of Praise - to Honour God for what He has done in pouring our Sin into Himself and suffering for us.   

We Receive Healing by Believing and Receiving it through the stripes that our Lord bore for us.   This is a form of Praise - to Honour God for suffering our Sickness and Disease in His own Body.   

And then there is direct Praise - Praising God with our lips for His Goodness, His Holiness, His Love, His Beauty and His amazing Grace.   

We need to to be constantly aware of our total dependence on God for our existence, our Physical Life and our Spiritual Life.   When we do not take for granted His Gifts we will Praise Him.   

Who is like unto you, O Lord, among the gods?     who is like you, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders? Exo 15:11 Our God is Creator, Redeemer, Healer, Saviour and Lord.

Hear, O you kings; give ear, O you princes; I, even I, will sing unto the Lord; I will sing praise to the Lord of Israel. Jug 5:3

Now therefore, our Lord, we thank you, and praise your glorious name. 1Ch 29:13

And he has put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our Lord: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord. Psm 40:3 Our testimony is the most powerful way to praise the Lord.

Why are you cast down, O my soul?     and why are you disquieted within me?     hope in the Lord: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my Lord. Psm 43:5 never allow yourself to be cast down.     Encourage yourself in the Lord.      Speak to your emotions which tend to cave to circumstances.

Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our Lord, in the mountain of his holiness. Psm 48:1 We need to praise the Lord for our spiritual, mental and physical health.      In the Millennial Kingdom there be praise and glory and honour for a thousand years.

In the Lord will I praise his word: in the Lord will I praise his word. Psm 56:10 We truly worship when we worship in the Holy Spirit and Truth.

Let the people praise you, O Lord; let all the people praise you. Psm 67:3 All is inclusive.     It is the Lord's will that none perish but all come to repentance.

I will praise you, O Lord my Lord, with all my heart: and I will glorify your name for evermore. Psm 86:12 When a person takes the Lord unto himself as his Lord, He does so in the Spirit Of Truth.

O Lord, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory. Psm 108:1

While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises unto my Lord while I have any being. Psm 146:2

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our Lord, all you his servants, and you that fear him, both small and great. Rev 19:5 Sometimes we need to be reminded of what is good for us.     There is nothing better for us than to praise the Lord for all His many blessings and His character that produces those blessings.

When we Praise God we strengthen our connection to Him who is Life.   Let His Life manifest in you by Praising Him.
