Our Creator placed within the male a gene which carries the spark of life enabling procreation.   

When the Holy Spirit impregnated Mary He imparted His life into the body of Jesus so that Jesus was fully human in Mary and fully divine in the Holy Spirit.   

In this fathering act the Holy Spirit imparted perfect, sinless male genes to the body of Christ Jesus.   

The spiritual component of Jesus was/is the Holy Spirit and not the fallen spirit of Adam.   

Accordingly, Jesus did not need to be Born Again as He instructed Nicodemus and all of us.   

Our Adamic fallen spirit was crucified with Christ and we have had imparted to us a New Spirit by the Holy Spirit via Grace Through Faith In Christ Jesus.   

So, our physical DNA is the result of being born of water, while our spiritual DNA is the result of being born of the Holy Spirit and the Word Joh 3:5 .   

Essentially our spiritual DNA is new and perfect in Christ Jesus.   

Be you therefore perfect, even as your heavenly Father is perfect. Mat 5:48 Though Jesus had been teaching on behavioural issues, He did so to bring condemnation upon the Self Righteous, preparing them for the spiritual New Birth which would enable them to manifest right behaviour.      When Jesus used the word perfect relative to the Holy Spirit He condemned every person.     No one listening to Him could feel justified from that point on.      Essentially, Jesus pulled the rug out from under everyone.     We are none perfect through our behavior nor can we be.     We need a Saviour.     We need to be Born Again.     We need to be filled with the Holy Spirit in order to be the children of our Heavenly Father.

I in them, and you in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me. Joh 17:23 'I in them'    → is the Faith Of Christ in us.      'You in me'    → is the Holy Spirit In Christ Jesus.      ' Perfect in one'    → speaks to the New Spirit being that we become by Grace Through Faith In Christ Jesus who is a child of the Holy Spirit.      So, we see that the Holy Spirit is in us because we are In Christ and are perfect in our New Spirit.      The world He is speaking of is the people in the world - particularly those who have not heard the Gospel.     The evidence of a transformed life will speak as light and truth to those who are lost.

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 1Co 2:6 true wisdom comes from the Spirit Realm and is spiritually understood.     Only those who are New Spirit beings can grasp spiritual wisdom.

Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing you be otherwise minded, The Lord shall reveal even this unto you. Phi 3:15 Our New Spirit is perfect and our minds should be transformed to the reality of the New Creature.     It may take time for you to grasp this Truth but the Lord will reveal it to you.

For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw near unto the Lord. Heb 7:19 The Law could not perfect but the New Birth through Christ Jesus has made us a New Spirit being which is perfect.

For by one offering he has perfected for ever them that are sanctified. Heb 10:14 We are perfect In Christ forever.     There is no condemnation to those who are In Christ who, by the way, DO walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh.

To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to the Lord the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect, Heb 12:23 We have ascended to perfection with Christ in the New Spirit being that the Holy Spirit created because of our faith In Christ Jesus.
