Title: An idol made by hands to represent the Holy Spirit

It was a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night which led the Children Of Israel out of Egypt into the Promised Land.

'It' had no face of body and that left the Children Of Israel totally dissatisfied with their Lord.

So, they convinced Aaron to give the Holy Spirit a face and a body, making it out of their treasures.   He made them a Golden Calf.
And he received them at their hand, and fashioned it with a graving tool, after he had made it a molten calf: and they said, These be your gods, O Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

Notice that even Aaron considered the Golden Calf to be the image of the Lord who brought them out of the land of Egypt.

Flash forward to the early church period and listen to Stephen who was stoned to death for the Testimony Of Jesus Christ.
You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, you do always resist the HolySpirit: as your fathers did, so do you.
The only way a person will go to the Lake Of Fire is by resisting the Holy Spirit who draws us to the Saviour, Jesus Christ.

It is interesting that most of nominal Christianity still resists the Holy Spirit.     They pray to the Father and they believe on the Lord Jesus Christ but they do not worship the Holy Spirit, having a form of holiness but denying the power thereof .

Trinitarians have made the Holy Spirit the 3rd person of the godhead.     This is sacrilege as the Holy Spirit is the first and only person of the godhead.

Our Lord Jesus Christ is the body and voice of the Holy Spirit.     Those who would denigrate the Holy Spirit fall under the curse that Jesus spoke in and .

Jesus is the only image that is to be worshipped because His Spirit is the eternal, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent Holy Spirit.

Do not attempt to conjure up another image of the Holy Spirit.   Such is a Golden Calf, such is idolatry.
